This week really has disappeared, but we’ve had some lovely moments and enjoyed that extra bank holiday family day.
1. Park
We had a lovely time at the park on bank holiday Monday, it’s so much easier now Toddler H can do the steps safely herself. Thank you growth spurt!
2. Swimming
It was the last in or course of swimming lessons – that’s Toddler H done her 10th course with Waterbabies and absolutely loves it. She tells us all week how she likes “swimming on my own” – it’s such a shame she’ll have to miss some when baby comes.
3. Painting
We were taking part in National Stationary Week and as we were sick were a day behind. Anyway H loved her painting and is continued this week – I love it too as H concentrates so hard and really is nice and peaceful!

4. Coffee
We met our friend and her daughter for a much needed coffee this week. It was lovely and Toddler H loves her daughter, and was even eager to share her food… not ideal with a 9 month old, but so cute!
5. Slimbridge with friends
We ventured to Slimbridge yesterday with our NCT friends, they toddlers all had a ball, the soft play, ducks, flamingoes and welly boot land were huge hits. Not only that they all mapped on the way home, which makes it a huge winner in my book!
We’ll definitely meet them there again!
6. Dreamgenii pregnancy support pillow
I’ve been using my Dreamgenii for a few weeks now and although I wake with occasionally sore hips, I’m definitely sleeping better…
If only it helped with the umpteen toilet trips a night!
7. Litecup
We received a Litecup this week for toddler H and although she’s been funny at going to sleep most of the week it’s lovely she’s not wanting to use her cup as a soother to go to sleep. Review and giveaway coming next week.
We’ll hopefully have a patio for our table and chairs to go back on by the end of the weekend, and a room almost tidied for baby… fingers crossed! Have a lovely week,
