I had planned a few Halloween activities for this week, but with H’a chicken pox we’ve not managed them all. I thought I’d just jot this list down in case it’s useful to anyone else…

Halloween trails and activities near Cheltenham 2018

Primrose Vale

Shurdington Road, Cheltenham

Until 31st October, 9am-4pm

Cost: £6 per child, adult free. Can also buy pumpkins!

* We visited last year and had a fab time – blog review of Primrose Vale Halloween trail 2017.

Over Farm Spookyard

Until 28th October, 10-4pm

Cost: General admission (3 to 63 years): £12, Concession ticket (Aged 1-2 and 63+): £6, Under 1s go free

Does seem to be selling out so book online. More info on the Over Farm website.

Cotswold Farm Park

Until 31st October, 10.30-17.00

Cost: varies depending on day/weekend

Pick your own pumpkin, spooky activities, Halloween Land! Free pumpkin for every child, I believe – full info on the Cotswold Farm Park website.

Cattle Country

Until Friday 2nd November

Cost: adult £9.99, child £10.99, toddler (2-3) £6.99

Tractor rides cost extra – £1 children 2+, £1.50 adults.

Cotswold Wildlife Park Pumpkin Patch

Until 4th November

Cost: adult £16 (£14 e-ticket), child 2+ £10.50 (£9.50 e-ticket)

Court Farm Shop – Halloween Farm tour

Stoke Orchard, Bishops Cleeve

Cost: £6, under 2’s free.

Children over 2 get a free pumpkin. Tour is a 25 minutes trailer ride with visit to the pumpkin patch. Must be booked in advance in person on by phone – full info – Court Farm website.

Slimbridge WWT

Until 1st November

Cost: adult £14.50, child 4-16 years £8.50

Also family rates and membership rates available. I’m not sure if any Halloween activities cost extra.

* It looks like the ‘Giant Bionic Bug Trail’ will be on along with story telling until the 4th of November…
